ECAM Trade is a New Jersey-based sourcing and supply chain company with international procurement and manufacturing partnerships across Turkey, China and strategic global markets. We buy the way our clients would buy if they had a permanent team on the ground — because, in effect, they do.

Anyone can find a factory on a marketplace. Very few people can tell you whether that factory will still be honoring its price and its quality on the fourth container, in month nine, after a raw-material swing.
ECAM Trade exists for that second question. We work through direct, long-standing relationships with manufacturers we have physically visited and repeatedly audited — removing the trading houses and intermediaries that quietly absorb margin between the production line and your warehouse.
The result is a supply chain our clients can actually plan around: transparent costing, documented quality, predictable lead times, and one team accountable for all of it.

What clients ask before they start
For private label chemical lines we normally begin at one mixed container, which
lets you trial several SKUs without committing to full-pallet quantities per item.
For general sourcing, the practical floor is set by the factory's minimum run
rather than by us — during the scoping call we will tell you plainly whether your
volume supports a viable price.
Both models are available and both are disclosed in writing before you commit.
What we do not do is quote a "supplier price" with an undeclared margin buried
inside it. Clients consistently tell us that visibility into the real factory cost
is the single biggest reason they consolidate their sourcing with us.
Yes. A number of engagements start as pure quality control and logistics
management over an existing supplier relationship. We inspect, we supervise, we
handle the freight and documentation — and if we later find a better-fitting
factory, you decide whether to move.
We coordinate clearance with licensed brokers and prepare the commercial
documentation, certificates of origin and safety data sheets that clearance
depends on. Tariff exposure is modeled into the landed cost before you approve a
program, and country-of-origin alternatives are presented where the classification
makes them worth considering.
For an existing formula in stock packaging, a Turkey-origin container is typically
quoted, produced, inspected and on the water within six to nine weeks, with
roughly a further two to four weeks in transit to the US East Coast. New
formulations, custom bottles or regulated claims extend the front end — we give
you a dated schedule rather than an optimistic range.
