Global Network

Three hubs. One accountable chain.

New Jersey for commercial control and US distribution. Istanbul for manufacturing and the European trade corridor. Yiwu for high-speed consumer goods sourcing. Each hub does what its geography does best — and we own the handoffs between them.

Positioned where the goods actually move

A sourcing company is only as strong as its physical presence. Ours sits at three points that matter: the busiest container gateway on the US East Coast, the manufacturing belt that supplies European discount retail, and the world's densest consumer goods market.

  • Local-language negotiation and supervision in every producing region
  • Sample consolidation before anything crosses an ocean
  • Origin-side inspection, so defects never become import problems
  • US-side commercial ownership, contracting and after-sales accountability

Logistics Capabilities

Every mode, quoted as one landed cost

We book the mode that fits the cargo and the deadline — then present a single per-unit number that includes it, rather than a freight surprise after the invoice.

Sea Freight

FCL and LCL bookings across major carriers, with rate comparison, sailing schedules and cube optimization reviewed before every container is committed.

Air Freight

Expedited movement for samples, launch quantities and recovery shipments when a retail date cannot move — with honest cost-per-kilo comparison against sea.

Multi-Modal Transport

Combined sea, rail and road routing through the European corridor and US inland network, including door delivery to your DC or 3PL.

Warehouse Consolidation

Multi-supplier cargo gathered, inspected and consolidated at origin, then shipped as optimized full containers instead of costly partial loads.

Indicative Lanes

What a realistic schedule looks like

Transit times below are indicative port-to-port ranges under normal conditions. Every program you run with us is quoted with a dated schedule, not a range — including production, inspection, booking and clearance.

Ranges vary with carrier schedules, seasonal congestion and customs examination. We build buffer into every retail-dated program.

  • Istanbul → Port Newark (FCL, sea)18–26 days
  • Istanbul → Houston (FCL, sea)24–32 days
  • Ningbo → Los Angeles (FCL, sea)16–24 days
  • Ningbo → Port Newark (FCL, sea)30–40 days
  • Istanbul → US East Coast (air)3–6 days
  • Origin consolidation window7–14 days
  • US customs clearance2–5 days
Documentation

The paperwork that keeps containers moving

Most demurrage charges are not caused by ships. They are caused by documents. We prepare and check the full pack before departure.

Commercial documents

  • Commercial invoice and detailed packing list
  • Bill of lading or air waybill
  • Certificate of origin

Product & safety

  • SDS / MSDS in US format
  • Technical data sheets and certificates of analysis
  • Transport classification for regulated chemistry

Customs & compliance

  • HS classification review and duty modeling
  • ISF filing coordination and broker liaison
  • Labeling compliance for the destination market
